  4. Aimed at ALL that paddle rivers. Event confirmed as going ahead. These are advanced rescue skills for all river paddlers not just for advanced paddlers We will take a look at techniques for: 1. Freeing a pinned kayak 2. Live bait rescues as rescuer and rescue 3. Righting an inverted unconscious paddle in kayak asa swimmer 4. Righting an inverted unconscious paddle in kayak form a kayak. You will require a kayak and all you river paddling kit. To take part in sessions 2 and 3 a dry suit is recommended, as some swimming will be required If you have a throw line / river rescue kit bring it along. RSVP by Saturday 5p.m. 1.   7. Arnside Bore wave: A great surfing/environment experience. It was a particularly good one some weeks ago, so hoping for a repeat. 1. Event co-ordinator Mike Hayward 2.
