    PEER TRIP Intermediate or advanced sea paddlers only We plan to travel Saturday 14th return Friday 20th at the latest. It may be possible to join us for a few days/part of the trip. Plan A is Pembrokeshire plan B to be determined by the weather. We may do day trips or multiple day coming if sea and whether conditions allow. NO GUESTS RSVP ASAP
  15. Please note that the Cumbria Regional Development Team will be holding their Annual Consultative Meeting (ACM) on Tuesday November 12th 2019, from 7.00pm - 9.30 pm, in Carlisle.

Starting --- High Water is at 13.07 and height 10.22m so aim to paddle from Morecambe at promenade at 9.50 a.m. 4. Paddle should be 2-3 hours. Bring wheels as we may need to cross sands at Morecambe to reach the channel It is possible we may catch the incoming tide/ bore wave.   19. PEER TRIP Social paddle into Morecambe Bay, meet the incoming tide and back maybe on the Bore Wave. You can finish at Arnside or continue a future 3km under the viaduct to Sandside 2.Saturday 31st August 3.   21. Gauges updated at 05.30 hope thy might do so again. Suggest we meet at 10.00 by canal in usual place at Junction 36. I think Roeburn or HIndburn will come up enough, with plan B Ingleton Greta, If that all fails we can go to upper Rawthey. Just be good to get out! Looks like rain Friday and overnight maybe Roeburn- class 3 continuous- if water levels suitable, Will post update, sat 8.30 re venue meet etc . Need 1.00 on river guage. RSVP please

    PEER TRIP We are again visiting Lairg to paddle ether rivers around the north of Scotland, in Sutherland and Caithness. Likely to be travelling up Saturday with a paddle on way and staying enroute. We have book a rather nice 'cottage' very spacious , drying facilities and sharing twin bed rooms. max 7 though 6 is OK. costs shared between this going ( not more than £200 for the week). We will arrange lift share or you can travel separately. Catering own breakfast and lunch , and share doing evening meal for all.   23. This will be a peer-led trip on a local Whitewater River, with no formal Leadership or coaching. Typically, will be a Grade 2 or 3 river, depending upon which rivers have enough water, and the appetite of the paddlers on the day. The trip will only run if there is plenty of water, and will be co-ordinated using the WhatsApp group we have.
