river skills for improvers

1. Trip type: park and play river 

2. Level of ability : improver / intermediate / advanced 

3. Date: Tuesday 24th Sept.

4. Venue : Kendal Rugby club

5. Meet location / time : 4 p.m.

6. Meet to share lifts at: n/a

7. Anything else:  Aimed at honing basic river skills. 

Session will be  1-2 hours with rests if you like.

Subject to suitable water levels. Will confirm  Sunday evening
