Xmas paddle

PEER trip

Due to rainfall patterns we will be unable to paddle the Tebay section the Lune.  So plan B- details below.

Flashing lights and helmet adornments desirable

3. Date: Sunday 22nd December

4. Venue : River Lune

5. Meet location / time : Devils Bridge- Kirkby Lonsdale, East Side of the Bridge at 9.20 a.m.

6. Meet to share lifts at: lay by near junction 36 at 9.00 a.m.

7. Anything else: 

We will meet at Devil's bridge and take as few vehicles as possible to the put in.

A fairly long trip,  about 13km so bring  a hot flask and a snack.We will have a short stop.

In the unlikely event  of unpredicted rainfall, we will revert to plan A but need river level of 0.9  or better on Lunes river gauge.
