Car sharing would be good, I am traveling from Lindale, Grange over Sands, I can pick up on route. Electric e-Golf so net zero emissions. Whats app me or leave message here. I could pick you up Annette. Cheers George
  8. Thanks Annette I can't make it, back in UK that day, traveling home from ferry at Hull.
  9. Looks a great paddle Mike, unfortunately I am on my return travel home that day. Hopefully it will be on again in the future this year. My understanding it is on the 19th April as it is posted on the calendar.

Hi I have removed myself, conditions not looking good and I would be coming back from Manchester, a pragmatic decision in the circumstances. Cheers George

Hi Unfortunately I sustained some damage to my dry suit following the snow moon paddle on Windermere and the items I needed to facilitate a repair arrived in good time, however bad news they sent the wrong items. They were to send the correct items by this morning but I fear they will not arrive today. As a consequence I do not wish to risk paddling without a dry suit in the cold conditions in case of a capsize. I have had this experience in a two piece and one rapidly chills once wet. So I will remove myself to enable another to join the paddle tomorrow. Cheers George

  24. Experiencing dizzy spells at the moment, exasperated by cold weather, so probably not a good idea to be paddling in the cold weather. Please accept my apologies. Cheers George
