  14. Winter 2024 mid-wk series of events led by Mike Sunderland to develop Sea Kayak skills in moving water. 1. Event co-ordinator: Giles Wilson 2. Trip Leader/s: Mike Sunderland 3. Trip type: Reservoirs – sea kayak 4. Level of ability : Improver or better 5. Date: Wed 6th March 6. Venue: Selset and Grassholm Reservoirs www.gps-routes.co.uk/routes/home.nsf/osmapdisp?openform&route=selset-reservoir-walking-route 7. Meet location / timings: 9.30am - Brough, outside the Inn at Brough, opposite the Clock Tower at T junction - to share roof racks - CA17 4AX. 8miles up the Middleton Rd to remote Selset 8. Meet to share lifts: Always good to share lifts to save on fuel & emissions 9. Anything else: There is a grassy downhill portage from Selset to the adjoining Grassholm However, as we will be a team, we are jointly responsible for one another’s safety on the water. Please ensure you carry the correct kit for the trip – plenty of food and drink to share. RSVP at least 2 days before the event. Further notes:
