These are social paddles in any craft (conditions allowing!), but if anyone wants structure to develop skills for star awards training and assessment, this can be arranged if you let me know in advance. If you wish to borrow a boat from Windermere Outdoors they are £10 each (including paddles & BA). They have a variety of craft, various kayaks - short and long, sit-ons and open boats. We would need to book boats in advance if needed, so please let me know if you wish to hire one at least a week before the session. 22. Pool skills session. This night is also part of the National Go Canoeing week 'starter session'. You don’t need to be a club member or have any previous canoeing experience…just come and have a go! If you have been canoeing before, this session is also a great opportunity to find out what we have to offer. Perhaps it has been a while since you were last on the water or maybe you want to share your passion, and introduce family and friends to the sport? Whatever your motivation, Starter Sessions will provide an ideal opportunity to get out on the water and try canoeing. Cost £6 per person, all you need is swimming kit, everything is provided at the pool. Book through the website on the main web page - limited numbers.
  23. No pool session due to Bank Holiday weekend
  24. Normal polo night at the pool
