The pool will be split so half the pool will be available for personal skills development - coaching usually available
The other half for polo skills including introduction to polo skills, passing, rules etc.
If you have not been before just turn up.
Groups should email the club prior to the event.

1. Complete paddle around Derwent Water from Kettlewell car park – with lunch on route. 12 km, 3½ hrs. This could be in any craft, sea kayaks would be the preferred choice, but be aware of the weather conditions and the drag of short boats!
2. Meet at Kendal Leisure Centre 8.30am or Kettlewell Car Park at 9.45am. It’s a National Trust P&D car park.

4. Any special notes: We’ll be doing a round trip so there will be no need for a shuttle. Bring a flask and lunch for a stop en route.

1. Sea trip - Sea kayak needed
2. Starting from MOD land at Burn Foot, paddling round the coastline, past Airds Point and Heston Island to Kippford. About 18km, 4.5 hrs.
3. Meet at Kendal Leisure Centre to share transport at 8.00am, we’ll leave a car at Kippford and drive to Burn Foot to be on the water by 11.30am

5. Any special notes: LW Hestan Islet 1120, HW 1720. Bring a flask and lunch.
FRIDAY NIGHT UPDATE: Winds are calming, N/NW F3-4, swell should drop overnight, though should be some playful overfalls off Airds Point! Meet as planned.

1. Sea kayak trip – From Jubilee Bridge (Walney), paddling down the channel, past Roa to Piel Island. Stop for lunch and wait for tides to change before returning up the channel to Jubilee Bridge.

3. Meeting on the roadside on Walney Island, next to the slipway, on the N side of Jubilee Bridge at 11.15am
