A sociable, pre-Christmas "picnic paddle" to "Wild Cat Island" on Coniston (location tbc according to weather). Dress up warm, bring mince pies, lashings of cake and warm beverages to share.

3)Trip type : Flat water paddling. all types of boat welcome, weather permitting.
4) Level of ability : all welcome, but bear in mind that it will be winter conditions.
5) Date : Saturday 9th December 2023
6) Location : Coniston , launch point to be agreed after discussion with leaders in view of weather conditions on the day .
7) Meeting time : 11.00am. Off the water by 14.30 latest.
