  18. All welcome Meet Kendal Leisure Centre at 8.00 p.m. This will be to look at how we could make the pool sessions viable...at the moment they are not!
  19. 1. Sea trip - Sea kayak needed 2. Starting from St Bees, paddling N around the majestic headland to Salton Bay, then return around the cliffs stopping in Fleswick Bay for lunch if conditions allow. About 8 miles, 3 hrs. 3. Meet at Kendal Leisure Centre at 7.15am, or at St Bees for 9.15am (car park at N end of beach by the ILB station). 4. Trip leader: Robin Everingham 5. Any special notes: HW Liverpool 0950 8.3m. We'll aim to be on the water for 10am. There will be some choppy/rougher water (overfalls) off the headland. FRIDAY NIGHT UPDATE: Good to go...meet as planned.   20. Sea kayaking weekend on the North East Coast. Travel Friday evening camping near Eyemouth (TBA), return Sunday evening after paddling. HW Leith on Saturday is 0930hrs (Neaps) HW Leith on Sunday is 1040hrs The plan, weather permitting: Saturday: paddle around St Abbs Head from Eyemouth to Pease Bay (21km) Sunday: paddle from Berwick to Eyemouth (15km) Add name to RSVP. Please note that in the event of bad weather or poor sea state we may move venue or cancel trip. Maximum 8 paddlers (first 7 to RSVP) Trip leader Robin Everingham

Meet at lake side at Millerground at 6.30 p.m. Park at http://www.streetmap...&ay=498790&lm=0 and carry boat (on footpath by stream) down to the Lake. These are social paddles in any craft (conditions allowing!), but if anyone wants structure to develop skills this can be arranged if you let us know in advance.
