Rescue practice for Sea Kayakers on Coniston. We'll probably have a little trip too. The main purpose of this event is the rescue practice, so please be prepared to come along and get wet. We'll be doing some towing (incl. toggle tows, contact tows, short tows), assisted rescue and self rescue techniques. Water shouldn't be too cold, and we'll find a good spot out of the wind.
