Tide height is 9.57 so there might  be good bore wave.

HW is at 14.09 so aim to be on the water at Arnside at 10.30

Should be back in Arnside by 14.00

If weather forecast is looking calmish,will add to RSVP 3 days prior to trip.

River or sea kayaks. 

If intending to ride bore wave must have a solid first time roll.

You can join us and just follow the bore wave if you don't wish to surf on it
