  1. BE COVID AWARE PEER trip Organiser : Simon Lerpiniere / 07811144461 Do you know your draw stroke from your stern rudder? Have you perfected your hanging draw and C stroke? We fall into the habit of using the stroke that works, without working out why those other strokes don't. We'll look at a variety of strokes on flat water with the help of some rubber ducks. We'll then take them to a short white water run and see how they feel. If you want to do some reading/watching in advance, check out Eric Jackson (EJ) on Youtube, or his book "Whitewater Paddling: Strokes and concepts"

There is everything in Anglesey from sheltered bays and mellow coast hugging, to rock hopping and tide races. This is an intermediate level trip, so we will be avoiding the main tide races (Penrhyn Mawr, North & South Stack). What trips we do will very much depend on those attending, the weather and the tide. Trips will be planned for each of the 4 days on the night before, you're welcome to join me in the planning.
