Circular trip of Walney Island. Full day out. Bring lunch.

4. Level of ability :  Intermediate.  Suitable for fit and confident improvers (msg me if unsure). You don't need to be able to roll, but you will need to be able to do an assisted rescue. See details on the club site here.
