St Bees Head (from Whitehaven)

Sea Kayak trip from Whitehaven South Beach to St Bees and back.  Approx. 20km

4. Level of ability :  Intermediate (due to distance and space between potential landing spots).  You don't need to be able to roll, but you will need to be able to do an assisted rescue.
