1. This trip is being run for Sten and Rachel to do their British Canoeing moderate water leader assessment. There is space for four people who would benefit from being lead down grade 2 with some grade 3 rapids.

3. Trip type: white water river for kayaks: which river will be decided on the day after assessing the rainfall.
4. Level of ability: confident improver not yet able to lead: competent at grade 2, aiming for grade 3.

9. Anything else: This trip may be cancelled if there is insufficient water. Please bring some food and drink with you we are likely to have a picnic on the river.
I am happy to co-ordinate and lead the trip. However, as we will be a team, we are jointly responsible for each other’s safety on the water.I am not a coach, this is about enjoying a river trip.
Please ensure you carry the correct kit for the trip and your boat is equipped with additional buoyancy in the bow and stern e.g. air bags
