Improver river trip (Grade 3)

White-water kayaks only. 

This is a river trip for improver white-water kayakers. The plan is to find a suitable Grade 3 river so paddlers must be capable grade 2 paddlers and comfortable on Grade 2/3. 

Event details (venue/time etc) will be confirmed by group WhatsApp the night before

I am happy to co-ordinate the trip and organise leaders for the session. However, as we will be a team and we are jointly responsible for each other’s safety on the water.

Please ensure you carry the correct kit for the trip you are attending. Note: Dry suits only please - in summer it might be possible to manage without a dry suit, but in winter an early dip has more severe consequences for the individual concerned and the rest of the group.

RSVP is set for 4 paddlers (one leader, three improvers) due to the anticipated grade of river.
