*** Please ensure you wear plenty of warm layers and bring spare warm clothing & hot drinks. There will be a lot of water work and it WILL get cold! ***

This session is specifically aimed at upskilling Improver/Improver to Intermediate paddlers (beginners also welcome) with the basic safety knowledge and rescue skills needed to safely run easy rivers as a group.

We will be covering points 1 - 4 of the LCC whitewater safety skills so please familiarise yourself with these via the below link:

https://lakelandcanoeclub.wordpress.com/whitewater-safety-skills/
