Mint Weir at Kendal Rugby club
5-7 p.m or join when you can.
Given recent rain there may be an opportunity for an evening session.
No specific plan, RSVP and come along. Bit of coaching if necessary
If you have an idea what you might like input on, some ideas below
Depending on water levels can look at :
play in the wave
swimmer rescue
introduction to playing in stoppers
basic techniques
use of throw lines
Bring your own kit or arrange to borrow club kit via John Speakman
