7. Meet location/ timings:
Meet at 10.10am to be on the water for 10.50am. HW Silloth is 12.50pm.
Meet in car park N of East Cote lighthouse at Grid Ref NY118 552, opposite Seacote Caravan Park.

Plan is to paddle on the flood into Moricambe Bay and up the Wampool Estuary to Anthorn, or as far as we can get! There is an exposed section of coastline, 3-4km, where we'll be paddling with possibly a beam swell and expect a few waves as we round Grune Point over the sand banks, the same on the return leg.
Return on the Ebb to the starting point.
Approx 22km and back at the cars around 3.30pm
