Last year, in an initiative inspired by Pete Riley, several instructors were taught by professional coach Ian Adey on how best to coach rolling. Pete created a set of notes from this. Members are requested to sign up for all three sessions on 9th, 16th and 23rd Sept as a structured course, at which Pete's notes will be used by the coaches.

Up to 2 seakayaks ok too, pls add a note if you want to bring one so we can gauge numbers and open side doors for you. Club seakayaks are available for use, plc contact John Speakman.
