2. Starting from beach car park at Drigg (N of Ravenglass), heading SSE passing the nature reserve to Ravenglass, then up the Esk estuary towards Muncaster Castle as far as we can get, lunch, then return to Drigg. About 14 miles, 5.5 hrs.
3. Meet at 9.50am at Kendal Leisure Centre to share transport, or 11.40am at Drigg beach car park.
