I'm proposing a Sea trip, Ravenglass up the River Irt, Saturday 9th of September.
HW Liverpool is 12:53, plus one hour for BST, and the guidebook suggests launching 2 hours before that, so on the water for 11:53am at Ravenglass.
Paddle for 2 hours past Muncaster Castle towards Hinning Bridge, turnaround at high tide and come back to avoid grounding.(Lunch and coffee stops will no doubt be possible...)
Note this is not an offical club trip; there will be no formal leadership or coaching on offer, just a few friends looking out for each other.
Please RSVP if you'd like to come, and check on Friday evening that the trip's still on.
