Arnside Bore wave: This trip will only run if we have a good wave on Friday. I will post an update here by 18:00 on Friday to confirm or cancel depending on the quality of the wave. This trip is confirmed, today, Friday, we paddled out almost to Silverdale and managed to get a ride for about 20 minutes heading towards Grange, then the wave dissipated. We chased the tide for another 20 minutes and a couple of us managed to get a very brief surf just before the take out. The plan is to get even further out, for a longer ride but not bother chasing the tide once the wave disappears. 1. Event co-ordinator Sten Sture 2. Trip Leader leader Sten Sture 3.
