If any other people are interested, please put your name down in the comments or message me. If there's enough interest I'll put another one on for the Sunday.

    Yes, no problem at all.

I'll be running a paddlesport safety and rescue course for the club, location to be decided but likely killington or brown howe. The paddlesport safety and rescue course is a one day course looking at rescue strategies for rescuing sup, sit on tops, canoes and kayaks on flat water. It is a pre-requiste for anyone planning on doing their paddlesport instructor. There will be a cost for this course, it will be £10 to cover the cost of certification from Paddle UK

  5. Plan is to reschedule this for another date that suits more people
  6. I'll be in touch with everyone this evening about this. Regards Simon
  7. It's all day. Likely to be until 7 or 8pm. The course will finish about 5pm with exams running afterwards.
  8. Due to insufficient numbers, this has been postponed and will be moved to another date. This is a placeholder for an RYA VHF Course and Exam, the plan is to run this in Cumbria, just south of Windermere. More details will be posted here once available, but this should be the date. If you want to do it, but can't make the date. Please let me know. Regards Simon

I've limited the spaces due to there being a practical element. I will be running a more detailed session on weather and on VHF radios and calling for help over zoom.
