    A chance for beginners to learn to roll, or develop on a rusty roll. Any type of kayak welcome, sea/river/polo etc. This will take place in Rydal Water, as it is shallow and warms up like a bath tub. Bring: Warm clothes for on and off the water, kayak, and relevant kayaking kit (Helmet, buoyancy aid, paddle, spray deck).   2. Unfortunately looking at the glorious weather upcoming this week this trip is now cancelled, the rivers simply will not run. I will reschedule the trip likely in May, fingers crossed for some wet weather. BE COVID AWARE - Official trip Event co-ordinator/leader: Amy Spence Trip type: River Level of ability : Beginner Date: 22/4/21 Venue : TBC Meet location / time : TBC Appropriate for those who have being in a kayak before and have little white water experience, or would like to perhaps regain some confidence on rapids. SUPs welcome. Possible venues include; The Eden, top of the lower Kent, or top section of the Leven (depending on river levels). If people would like to develop anything specifically on the trip that can be arranged, wether reading the water, safety, confidence, specific skills etc. Details will be confirmed in red by the 21st, 5pm, on here.
