This is a peer led trip, with no formal leadership, coaching or training. Please see LCC website for more details on what that means practically, and contact the Trip Co-Ordinator if you have any doubts about whether this trip is suitable for you.

Type of trip - River running
Location - Dependant upon river levels, and the abilities of those who attend, but ideally close to Kendal, and a Grade 2 river ( e.g. easy sections of the Kent, or possibly the Rothay, Brathay....).
