River paddle in the Scottish Borders. Aimed at Intermediate paddlers, so ideally the Border Esk, (Grade3), with a variety of other Scottish border rivers as back up...or the Eden, again!

Meeting point will depend upon the river, but paddlers from Kendal area may wish to car-share.
