3. Starting --- High Water is at 14.21 and height 9.57m  so aim to paddle from Morecambe at  promenade at 09.30 a.m.

4. Meet Arnside promenade at 8.30 a.m. and shuttle to Morecambe

sea kayaks only. This is an exposed open crossing. So come prepared. 

18km to Arnside all tide assisted. Paddle should be 2-3 hours.

It is possible we may catch the incoming tide/ bore wave.

Highly weather dependent.
