3. Starting --- High Water is 9.77m at 10.35 so aim to paddle from Arnside promenade at 8.45 a.m.

4. Meet Arnside promenade at 8.30 a.m.

River or sea kayaks. suitable for all if weather is settled.

We will await the bore wave passing the promenade then embark 30 minutes later, giving the upper estuary time to fill.
