Lakequest survey / social paddle

Hi in 2018 we are intending to organise a lakequest- canoe/ kayak score orienteering event.

to do this we need to have an accurate map of the lake( 1:25000 OS) with possible check point features identified.

We would like to note the position of features on which we might place check points.

LCC will provide a map, we intend to divide this into sections and add obvious features of check point locations.

We need as many as possible to help. If the weather is good will have a camping style picnic after wards.

You can bring any type of boats, do this as a pair or solo.

You will be able to help if you come along.
