Weather permitting Angela and Sten are planning to circumnavigate Walney Island.
Meeting Roa Island IRB Station (SD 233648) at 08:00 to be on the water for 08:30.
We will paddle anti clockwise around the island running with the tide up Walney Channel. The journey down the West side will be against a slight tidal flow which will only slow progress slightly.
We will have at least two good stops so bring plenty of food and drinks. Expect to get back to Roa Island around 17:00.

Trip length 32km, HW Liverpool 09.50 8.4m. Early Days but wind is forecast to be variable f2/3. The trip is weather dependant I will update this post before 20:00 Saturday.
