2. Starting from Saltburn-by-the-Sea, paddle south to Runswick Bay. About 11 miles, 5 hrs. Probably stop for lunch at Skinningrove after the first headland and later at Staithes maybe for an Ice-cream.
3. Meet at Kendal Leisure Centre at 7.20am. It’s about a 2 hr drive to Saltburn, maybe 1 hour for a shuttle to Runswick Bay. Aim to be on the water for 11.30am.

UPDATED THURSDAY: Trip cancelled. Wind continues F5 Easterly, current wave height at Whitby wave buoy 5.5 - 9' swell! The winds are continuing from same direction and same strength so the swell will probably just increase!
