Old waterproofs 
Pen, paper, camera etc for any notes you want to make
Personal first aid kit if you want to compare to the recommended kit. 

A 16 hour Outdoor First Aid course, arranged initially for leaders, but will be opened up to other club members in June if spaces are available.

Date - 1/2 July 2023

Venue: Kendal RUFC

Time: 0900-1800

Cost: £50 contribution, subsidised by LCC. Please pay into club funds upon signing up using the reference 'FirstAidJuly23'

Further details about kit and times will be posted when available. 

RSVP by 31st May so we can ensure the course is fully subscribed.

Please only RSVP if you are a club leader onto this event. An email will be sent to all members if spaces are available.

Thanks Robin for organising this course.

I would be happy to do this course. I was a First Aider at work for many years with regular training however it is some time since my last training and never outdoor specific, the practices used are constantly being reviewed.

Please may I be a first reserve in the event the course was opened up to the members.
