A Two part day to get some input on improving your river paddling skills. So. coaching input in the morning and practice skills in the afternoon.

You should be competent to break in and out and ferry glide with confidence to gain the most from this session.

Not suitable for advanced paddlers

The morning session will be on Duddon from Ulpha bridge downstream for 2km grade 2/3

The afternoon will be from Tarn Beck to Dunnerdale bridge grade 3

The trip will be led by a BC-qualified or an LCC-approved leader, however we will paddle as a team taking joint responsibility for each other’s safety on the water.

Please ensure you carry the correct kit for the trip you are attending.
