4. Meet 9.30 a.m. at recycling bins nr Morrison's supermarket in Kendal

6. Any special notes: Thursday level is 0.68 ( low) and rising rain forecast friday night.

Aimed at the more experienced paddlers who want to explore different rivers – river running tips and leadership available as we run the river.

Previous experience assumed happy to paddle grade 3 ( maybe a bit more)
