December - Tuesday 20 December - the last LCC Mid-wk sea kayak trip this year - thank you all for your good company

I am happy to co-ordinate and lead the trip for 5 paddlers and more if I have another leader. However, as we will be a team, we are jointly responsible for one another’s safety on the water.

Please ensure you carry the correct kit for the trip – plenty of food and drink to share.

RSVP at least 2 days before the event.

Guests welcome after signing up on the LCC website – x3 LCC trips – contact organiser or come with a member:  Membership | Lakeland Canoe Club (wordpress.com)

Evening Mark, Dean and Eric - the adventure sea kayak squad of LCC

Though still frozen over here this eve and Sunday, it all goes crazy on Monday with 12degrees!! and rain with light winds on Tuesday and 8degrees.

This could give us the water we need for a Tees Tour.

if we meet at Brough Clock tower at the Inn at Brough, we could drop off Eric’s car and he and I share, while Dean and Mark will be sharing any way.  8.30am in Brough.

we will stick to plan A and if water levels are low, move down towards Yarm to enter the Tees and cruise down to the Barrage, in what May feel like Caribbean weather.

please email me with your thoughts.

Mike
