Duddon (put in at foot bridge near Seathwaite)

Troutbeck

Upper Rawthey

Sprint

and Clough  

I’m most familiar with Duddon so would be happy to lead on this, the other rivers will be dependent on who else is paddling.

River choice will be decided Saturday morning 8am
