Forecast is for very heavy rain coupled with F5 -F7 winds from the South then West

Apparently the trip today (Sunday) did not get a bore wave.

Tide height is 9.66 so there should be a bore wave.

HW Barrow is at 12.25 so aim to be on the water at Arnside at 08:55

Should be back in Arnside by 11.15

There is the option to join up with Mike's Estuary trip and carry on with the tide past Arnside returning with the ebbing tide. If you want to do this please also sign up to that that trip and note that you should be in a sea kayak, bring lunch.

River or sea kayaks. 

If intending to ride bore wave must have a solid first time roll.

You can join us and just follow the bore wave if you don't wish to surf on it
