Venue: Firth of Forth
Making the most of some calm, the plan is to paddle from the Forth Bridge on Monday and do a lap of the nearby islands, taking the ebb stream east at around 1500hrs. Return on the flood. 20km. On Tuesday, a leisurely paddle out to see the diminished, but ample population of gannets at Bass Rock (circa 14km), departing from North Berwick.
