    Notes:
All suitable rivers empty and complete lack of rain forecast, so Mark and I have sadly decided to cancel this session in advance so that everyone can make alternative plans. Have also notified everyone via WhatsApp.
More Sunday sessions to go on the calendar shortly so look out for these.
    Sorry!
    Alex

This is a session aimed at improver white-water kayakers wanting to get regular practice to improve kayak handling and river running skills. These sessions may be ‘park and play’ or river running depending on conditions on the day. The plan is that they will be coached sessions, so come prepared for feedback and looking forward to developing your skills!
There will be other sessions in Feb/March (Wednesdays and Sundays) with the same aim, so look out for other dates on the calendar and sign up.

I am happy to co-ordinate the trip and organise leaders for the session. However, as we will be a team and we are jointly responsible for each other’s safety on the water.
Please ensure you carry the correct kit for the trip you are attending. Note: Dry suits only please - in summer it might be possible to manage without a dry suit, but in winter an early dip has more severe consequences for the individual concerned and the rest of the group.
RSVP 2 days prior to trip: initially set at 5 paddlers* (one leader, four improvers).
Club members only. No guests, sorry.
*If you are interested but RSVP limit is reached, please contact me on WhatsApp: Alex Davies, number ending 909 (I’m on LCC Paddler Chat) and I will try and find more leaders for the group so the RSVP limit can be increased.
