1) Canal Paddle Tuesday am 10.30 for 11.00 start. 2 hour out coffee break then 2 hour return.
2) meet at 10.30 at Longlands Hotel Tewitfield. Launch from the Wharf near the hotel by 11.00
3) Sea Kayaks preferred or K1
4) Paddle to Carnforth for coffee and snack. Return by 3.00 to start.
5) No lifts no shuttles.
