    1. Trip type: River Running Skills - Moving on from Intermediate to advanced river paddling. Skills session as we go down a river.
    Will include some awareness of WWSR.
    2. Level of ability : Intermediate
    3. Date: Sunday 13/12/20
    4. Venue : TBC dependent on river levels
    5. Meet location / time : 10a.m. (location TBC Sunday  9a.m. on WhattsApp)
    6. Meet to share lifts at: No lift share due to Covid-19. 
    7 .Make sure you've read the club's (and British Canoeing) guidance regarding kayaking during lockdown. 
     
    I will send RSVP's some info relating to what we might include during the week before.
     
    Please RSVP on the calendar at least 2 days before.  Check on Saturday evening to ensure it's still running before travelling.

    Weather forecast is less than promising with heavy rain and a fresh (hopefully tailwind) breeze.
    Probably need waterproof sandwiches and a sense of humour.
    Please be ready to shuttle at 10.

    2. Level of ability : Improver and above
    3. Date : 13/12/2020
    4. Venue : Bassenthwaite to Cockermouth; 15K grade 1/2, access Peel Wyke, egress in the main shopping car park, Cockermouth Memorial Gardens - Cockermouth grid reference 118 306, Parking in Wakefield Carpark, Cockermouth CA13 0HR.
    5. Meet location / time : 10.00am ready to shuttle; Peel Wyke Slipway, carpark grid reference NY203 308 - https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3933532 (outlook.com)
    6. Meet to share lifts at : No lift share due to Covid-19.
    7. Weather :  Dependant on not too much wind.
    8. Anything else : Running shuttles with mitigation, so please bring your own face covering or organise your own shuttle. If we go onto Bassenthwaite you should have a permit; available online.
