Session 1. Basic stoke sequences. Reading the river and making the kayak go where you want it to.
If water level is suitable we will meet at Scroggs weir, Kendal at 9.30 ( drive down narrow land and park by the river).
Depending on water levels, we may include a short easy section of river. Morning session Only we should be finished by 12.00.
You wil need your own kit.
