  1. In the absence of water, a chance to get together and look at options for repairing a crack in a plastic kayak. Meet at the club container at Kendal rugby club at 9.30. should be about 2 hours. Bring the things( if any) you currently carry to repair a cracked plastic kayak. We can share ideas and try some out on our damaged club kayak, kindly donated by Matt Butel. The event is subject to a suitable water level, else it will be cancelled or moved to a different river( likely to be a section of the Eden) You should have a basic idea of how to read moving water and break in and out and ferry glide. N0 beginners. We may decide to do the trip in the reverse direction, dependent upon wind direction. The trip may slide a day either way or be reduced to 3 days, move to a different venue or be cancelled. It all dependent upon the wind forecast.     Location west of Inverness, rivers flat water and up to grade 2/3. List to possibly include, Beauly, Glass, Conan, Nairn*, Ness, Bran*, Enrick*. Those with * will need suitable rainfall/snowmelt. Have found accommodation at £76 per twin room, per night, which includes a continental breakfast. You can come along for all or some of the days, but rooms booked in twin room basis per night.
