N.B. This is the first of a series of 4 trips designed to equip paddlers with the skills to safely enjoy Whitewater paddling. The trips will be led and coached by an experienced club member, (for example, Mike H or Mark H), supported by other club members. They are intended to be suitable for improvers or beginners; we will select the river based on the ability of the people who sign up for each trip and the river levels.
This trip will include coaching. Please see LCC website for more details on what that means practically, and contact the Trip Co-Ordinator if you have any doubts about whether these are suitable for you.

Type of trip - River running
Location - Dependant upon river levels, and the abilities of those who attend, but typically a Grade 2 river.

Final details will be sorted using WhatsApp the evening before, and confirmed on the morning of the trip so please ensure you have the app on your phone, and are registered with the WhatsApp group.
