Social paddle into Morecambe Bay and back by the Bore Wave.

3. Starting --- High Water is 10.16m at 12.46 so aim to be on the water and paddle from Arnside promenade at 9.00 a.m.

4. Meet Arnside promenade at 8.30 a.m.
