    River trip for Advanced paddlers
    As a minimum you must be of a BCU 3 Star Standard
     
    1. Grade 2/3 river section - River Crake.
    2. The Crake is a serious river and 2/3 can be misleading. On the last run there were loads of potentially dangerous trees and there is a must run rapid on the last section down to Penny Bridge. An ability to make a well timed manouvre to avoid a tree will be required.
    3. Saturday 17th November.
    4. Meet 10.00 a.m. on the Penny Bridge, next to the Bus Shelter.

    5. Check water levels / sort out lifts the night before.
    6. Trips may be cancelled or rearranged at short notice depending upon weather, and the preferences of those paddling.
    7. To avoid a wasted journey, please ensure the trip co-ordinator knows you plan to attend, and has your mobile number.

    In association with  Kendal Mountain film Festival weekend.
    LCC are hosting 2 one hour rolling sessions. Why? To boost club funds.   4-5 pm and 5-6 pm
