It is very possible there well be some kayaking this weekend.
If anybody wants to come along but does not have access to  "What's App"  -  leave a message here I will keep them posted.
In the circumstances I would suggest keeping it more casual, rather than suggesting a specific river and a making it a  formal trip.
Any trip would be with peers and no specific leader

Thursday night 6 O'clock at Newby Bridge Put in
Park and Play at the Brick Shoot and Mill Force - walk back up
Possibly set up a shuttle with the option to go down to the Wood Yard - just past the Graveyard Rapid.

PEER TRIP
Social paddle into Morecambe Bay, meet the incoming tide and back maybe on the Bore Wave. You can finish at Arnside or continue a future 3km under the viaduct to Sandside
2.Saturday 31st August
3. Starting --- High Water is 10.01m at 12.45 so aim to be on the water and paddle from Arnside promenade at 8.45a.m.

You can join us and just follow  the bore wave if you don't wish to surf on it 
Not suitable for novices.
